Wine Mondays at Hotel Bristol Paris

In order to establish itself as a welcoming, innovative and gourmet restaurant, 114 Faubourg, one Michelin Star, holds wine appreciation evenings on the first Monday of each month.
A wine grower, selected by Marco Pelletier, the Head Sommelier at Le Bristol, presents their wine in person during the evening. The wine is matched with a four-course tasting menu specially created by the chef at 114 Faubourg, Jean-Charles Cauquil. The wine will then be featured on the lunch and dinner menus for that month.

This domain imposes itself as one of Alsace's reference. André Kientzler, along with his son Thierry, has been producing exceptional wines for over 20 years. The 11-hectare family domain is located on "Ribeauvillé", one of the most prestigious town of the Haut-Rhin where the Riesling is king. The Geisberg, one of their great vintage wines, is probably the most famous and has been competing with the nicest wines of the world.
